What is the evidence behind iGROWFIT?

iGROWFIT is built on iGROW's measured track record in workplace mental health. The headline is simple: 700+ companies, 7,000+ sessions, 70,000+ employees since 2009. 4,166 measured on our standard form, 8.6 out of 10. These are participants' own ratings of iGROW sessions, not clinical outcomes, and the full method behind them is published for anyone to read.

What participants rated

Every iGROW session is measured on one standard form. Across the responses, here is what participants rated, out of 10.

Overall session experience: 8.6 out of 10, with 83% of participants rating it 8 or higher (n=4,166).

Gained knowledge about mental and emotional wellbeing: 8.6 out of 10, 82% top-box (n=2,822).

Picked up usable skills: 8.4 out of 10, 76% top-box (n=3,649).

Would recommend to a colleague: 8.5 out of 10, 80% top-box (n=1,545).

Facilitator knowledge: 8.9 out of 10, 86% top-box (n=3,978). Facilitator communication: 8.9 out of 10, 86% top-box (n=3,984).

Top-box means the share of people who chose 8, 9 or 10. These are participants' own ratings of the sessions, not clinical outcomes.

Talks and workshops, compared

Workshops edge a little higher than talks. Participants rated facilitator knowledge 9.0 for workshops versus 8.8 for talks, would-recommend 8.8 versus 8.5, and usable skills 8.5 versus 8.4 (talks n=1,962; workshops n=772).

It is a small, honest difference, and both formats rate well.

Read the method for yourself

None of this is a marketing estimate. iGROW published the full method and figures in its research report, Does Workplace Mental-Health Training Actually Work?, so you can check the working rather than take a headline on trust.

That is the iGROW rule of thumb: something measured honestly beats something assumed.

In participants' own words

"A very informative session which provided basic knowledge and skills to being empathetic leaders at work." - public sector and healthcare.

"The facilitator packaged the topic into bite-sized nuggets, easy to understand, with takeaways for our own use." - hospitality, transport and logistics.

"Thanks for all the sharing. It really helps us to know ourselves more." - professional services.

"So engaging and interactive. It was a joy attending, and I really enjoyed it." - public sector and healthcare.
